2 years ago my mother and I attended Time Out For Women and spent a few days having a girls weekend and listening to many different presenters talk to us about healing and forgiveness. When we weren't at the even we were eating Cafe Rio and hanging out at the hotel, dreamy right? At that time in my life I needed to hear about healing and forgiveness, things that I still am coming to understand.
This weekend things were a little different. My mom drove up a bunch of stuff from home so we can begin to pack up our things for Charlotte, and headed to Idaho Falls as soon as we could. We took a quick trip to Wal-Mart for snacks and then we were on our way! Friday night we sat in the Civic Center for a few hours listening to the first group of speakers.

Once we were done on Friday night my mother and I took a quick trip to Orange Leaf for some frozen yogurt (..cough..cough..addicts) where we chatted and then took another quick trip to Wal-mart. Instead of taking the hotel route this time, we headed back to Rexburg where Samuel was waiting for us. Although we went to bed a little late, morning came WAY to early. We were back out the door around 7:15, ready to be uplifted again, and wanting our TOFW bags.

advice 1: recognize it won't be like this forever (good & bad), one day at a time, just do today.
advice 2: remember why you're doing what you do.
advice 3: work on 'yes' as a default
Advice 4: Work on questions as much as you work on answers. Be smart enough to not always give answers. What questions should I be asking? What is my perspectice?
Don't worry... Now the countdown begins for Women's Conference in May!
